Orders are generally shipped within 3days from when the order is placed except for orders received on weekends, holidays, or custom-made orders. Most of the orders are generally received in 3-4 days after it is shipped, except for orders shipped outside of Holland. You will receive a track and trace number to trace your order.

Amank’s Market is an Ecommerce Marketplace, which allows different sellers of African products (African grocery, African Fashion, African Music & Art) all over the world as well as products used by people of African decent or Minority business owners that sells African products to list their products in one platform. Buyers all over the world that appreciate and adore African products can now find any product they desire with one click of a button. Our goal is to make African products mainstream whilst empowering minority business owners to compete in this digital age.

We have sellers all over Africa and Europe. To check where your rider is shipped from, review the product details or contact us. All our products are verified before they start selling on the platform. Your transactions are secured. Your payment information is not saved anywhere on our platform but is processed by third-party payment processors like Paypal etc. Be assured that your payment information is secured and no seller can see or have access to it.

We have a very secure website with fantastic IT management. We do not store your credit card details at all, nor do we share any details under any circumstance. We use Mollie as our online merchant and they are global leaders in online payments. You can rest assured you are safe using our website.

We would have sent you a registration email to confirm your account with us. Check that for both your username and password. If you still cannot retrieve your details, please email us and we’ll reset your password upon confirmation of your person. If all else fails, you can always sign up for a new account or login as a guest.

We aim to deliver great products perfectly every time. If your package is not in perfect condition upon arrival, please let us know immediately and we’ll gladly help you. We value our customers and take delivering standards very seriously.
